Movie Night Coordinator – Fridays
Movie Nights for Fall are set for Oct 25th and Dec 6th at 6pm (Friday Nights). Coordinator will buy items to sell at Movie Nights. Previously, Popcorn, Drinks, Candy, Hot food- pizza, hotdogs, samosas have been sold. Set prices for items and create food signs. Set up sale items and popcorn machine. Confirm we have volunteers to run concession and one to begin popping popcorn at 5:30. PAC will assist in any way needed. An experienced PAC member will coordinate first one in conjunction with new MN Coordinator. Tidy up the kitchen afterwards. If you and a friend wish to share this role please let me know and we can discuss it further.
(Length of time depends on how long concession will be kept open for.)

Hot Dog Lunch Helper – Alternate Tuesdays 11:15AM to 12:30 PM

Class Parent Representatives
The Class Parent is the liaison between the parents in the classroom and the teacher(s).The class parent is the liaison between the parents in the classroom and thePAC. Class parent does not need to attend all PAC meetings, but must keep up to date with PAC minutes following each meeting. Parents must have a child in the class they sign up for.
