We are so excited to celebrate fun-filled literacy activities from January 29-February 2nd at Buckingham. Here are some of the daily activities planned for the week:
Monday – “Spirit Day” – Dress as your favorite storybook character or wear a shirt with words on it (words must be appropriate).
Tuesday – Staff will trade classes and read aloud a story to that new class as a guest reader.
Wednesday – Read-a-thon – The school will read after announcements in gym for 30 min.
Thursday – Read-a-loud on P.A. – Group of teachers read a book.
Friday – Celebration of Learning Assembly at 2 pm in the gym and Family reading in the classroom at 2:30pm.
